Instead, I introduced this Fujiya ramen, but it was not open that day, so I couldn't eat this restaurant. That's how it stayed in my pocket list until I was going to take a class nearby a few days ago. I wanted to say that God just gave me the opportunity to come and eat, so I just walked in without thinking about it!

This shop really has a very old taste, but the taste of the food is very good. Although the people in the shop are all elderly, they are very hospitable and full of human touch. clan?

Fujiya Ramen is located in the middle of Zhongshan Station and Shuanglian Station. In fact, it takes three or five minutes to walk out of R9 or R10 exit. It is not far hidden in the alley. I really don’t know how people used to find this place. There is a shop, because every alley is very similar. Fortunately, Google Map is now available, which can reduce the leisure time of finding a way.

Walking in, you can find that it is really quaint inside, and what is printed directly into your eyes is full of wine. It is indeed an izakaya, but how much does the boss like to drink?

The location is not too much, but it can accommodate about 20 people. I arranged my seat at the bar this day. In fact, it is actually quite comfortable to sit at the bar by myself, and I will feel more comfortable.

Fujiya's menu really looks the same as their alcohol intake, which is really exaggerated, but if a group of people come to eat, they can guarantee that they can choose what they like to eat, so don't be afraid of needing to accommodate.

Because I was the only one to eat, and I heard that the famous ramen is ramen, so I ordered ramen and wanted to eat soy sauce, but it was interesting to see Fujiya ramen, so I ordered it and tried it.

Originally, I told me that Fujiya ramen is a light salty flavor. Later, I heard my mother-in-law introduce that it is actually a Taiwanese type of ramen, and because Japan does not have it, Japanese people love it when they come to play!

I ordered more than 60 yuan for an ingredient, mainly because I wanted to eat both barbecued pork and fresh shrimp, and I ordered too much stir-fried hands or wonton soup, so I just added the ingredients like this.

However, the taste is lighter than the salt in the thin salt soup base, with the faint aroma of dried meat. The whole is actually very light, not as greasy as the dried meat noodles, and it tastes like a refreshing aroma of dried meat. The general ramen noodles are really light in saltiness, but for the light taste of eating now, it is really enough. Personally, I think it is very suitable for girls.

There is not much fat in the barbecued pork, and the marinated meat is very soft and rotten. It will fall apart just by using chopsticks and put it in your mouth.

The fresh shrimp flat food tastes great too, and it really tastes right. The pork is very fresh, and you can even eat the whole shrimp in it.

This meal is really hard to come by. I didn't play with my mobile phone while eating. I just listened to the enka playing in the store and tasted this bowl of Fujiya ramen carefully until I finished eating.

Maybe it was because I felt that I was concentrating on tasting the meal, so the clerk brought two pieces of guava and said that the restaurant was really a very humane restaurant. Dining in this environment is very relaxing, and if you have the opportunity, you really have to experience it yourself!
