★Individuals have "obesity genes" in their bodies. Once the switch is turned on, the "fat cells" accumulated in the "abdomen" will become more active. Even exercise and dieting, it is difficult to reverse the "weight gain" and "waist circumference". Consequences; however, science has proven that altering gene expression can end the "fatality of obesity" brought about by belly fat!

●Belly fat, or what scientists call "visceral fat", is the most dangerous type of fat. It can do great harm to your heart, brain, love life, and even your wallet. This harmful cell lives in your belly by the billion, more vile than the rebels in "Homeland," but just as determined to destroy us. Understanding these cells is probably the best health information you should know about this life, including where they come from, how they work, and how we can fight back.

●Blocking the fat cell diet, combating abdominal fat from three aspects:

1. It ignites a fire under metabolism, stimulating the body's natural mechanism for burning calories, and this mechanism specifically targets belly fat. The Obesity Cell Blocking Diet unleashes the power of protein, fiber, and healthy fats to burn calories with the thermogenic effects of building muscle and increasing eating; that is, consuming calories while digesting food. Digesting protein, fiber and fat requires more energy than digesting simple carbohydrates. So eating good food can actually burn more calories. These three "major nutrients" stimulate the brain to secrete natural satiety hormones, so even if you stop eating junk food, you will still feel full.

2. Block fat cells The diet stimulates the natural healthy defense mechanism of the digestive system, eliminates flatulence, makes digestion smoother, and flattens the abdomen at an alarming rate. While the Obesity Cell Blocking Diet does not strictly exclude dairy and gluten, it does significantly reduce the intake of lactose (the natural sugar in dairy products), gluten (the protein in wheat), and animal-based saturated fats, while not at all. Contains inflammatory additives and preservatives. Beyond that, you'll be eating nutritious foods that promote digestive healing, balance healthy gut bacteria, and release natural compounds that fight inflammation and insulin resistance.

3. Most importantly, the Obesity Cell Blocking Diet turns off fat-storing genes as it employs nine energy foods that are directly linked to emerging nutrigenetics. Nutrigenetics studies how nutrients in food affect gene expression. The obesity-cell-blocking diet reverses the acceleration of fat-storing genes, returning the body to its natural healthy state.

● One of the best ways to resist visceral fat is to exercise and protect your muscles. Muscles burn energy on a regular basis, so they steal energy from fat cells, especially visceral fat, in order to survive. Not a brief burst of energy like sprinting through an airport to catch a plane, but smuggling bits and pieces from a fat bank like a hidden service charge. In fact, even doing nothing, a kilogram of muscle burns three times as many calories as a kilogram of fat. Plus, muscle does one thing visceral fat hates: Muscle stores energy. When you pick up a bag of groceries at the supermarket, ride your bike, or run wild in the zombie apocalypse, your muscles quickly burn off their stored energy (in the form of glycogen). After you put down that bag of groceries, stop cycling, or run away, your fat-storing hormones are suppressed because your body wants to use all the calories you put into it to replenish the glycogen you just used up during exercise. Therefore, building muscle and building muscle deprives visceral fat of its ability to grow.

●Efficient armies need firm commanders, and this army of bacteria in your body is no exception. Otherwise, they will descend into chaos and mutiny. Intestinal balance means that the army of bacteria that roams in the intestines serve you with optimum efficiency. But when things get out of hand (poor eating habits, antibiotics or gastroesophageal reflux medication, etc.), the legion of guts can turn against you. For example, your gut is like the world of Game of Thrones, where good and bad families vie for supremacy. (The names of these microbial families also sound like "A Song of Ice and Fire." Studies have found that obese people have more bad bacteria from the phylum Firmicutes, and slim people have more bad bacteria from the phylum Firmicutes. Good bacteria of the phylum Bacteroidetes.)

●Before every meal or snack, ask yourself the following three questions:

1. Is there any protein?

Protein is the master of muscle, the enemy of fat, and the bomber of fat belly. Your main sources of protein are lean meats and eggs, plant-based protein powders, and legumes, and these foods trigger certain "shutoff valves" in genes linked to fatty liver disease, insulin resistance, and visceral fat accumulation.

2. Is there fiber?

Stop thinking in terms of carbohydrates or starches and think in terms of fiber. Fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains (such as quinoa, oats, and brown rice) are all high in fiber. Eating more fiber turns off genes linked to obesity and inflammation.

3. Are there healthy fats?

The greenest, freshest, sweetest lettuce salad in the world isn't as healthy without a drizzle of olive oil. The reason is that healthy fats help the body process nutrients from other foods, slow down digestion (increase and prolong satiety), improve cholesterol and reduce inflammation.

●Master the six principles to avoid starvation and fatter:

1. Master the three major nutrients.

2. Three meals a day plus a snack,

3. Drink a drink a day to block obesity cells.

4. Prepare the ingredients and cook with zero pressure.

5 Add water to lose weight.

6. Relapse once a week without feeling guilty.

●Seven habits of successful weight loss:

1. Don't diet.

2. Do not eat low-fat foods.

3. Eat well.

4. Know what to eat.

5. Get protein.

6. Be more active.

7. I don't watch TV often.
