Our deepest fear is that we have power beyond our imagination. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.

When I was in college, I held a summer camp in a primary school in a rural area. When I signed the autograph at the end, I wrote the deepest blessing to the children next to my title - "Brave".

I don't know what their thoughts are, after all, the average age of children is only half my age. But if I say that along the way, what has supported me until now, I would say it is bravery.

In the darkness, you will see the brightest starry sky.

Adler said, "I have courage only when I feel worthwhile, and only when my actions contribute to the community."

I think in these extraordinary times, we need courage more than ever. Life is always a reflection of plans failing to keep up with changes, but before the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020, we were busy chasing external performance. Many people were constantly chasing the stability engraved in their minds, forgetting to take care of the more important things. inner.

The virus is not terrible, we do what we can, and if we can, clean up those negative beliefs that will lower our frequency. Beliefs create reality, whether you like it or not, it is the creation and manifestation of the collective consciousness. We don't need to be chasing shadows, we just need to be with ourselves and help others if they want to be with us too.

To redefine how you want to evaluate yourself, we don't need to look outside for the approval of others, so you can find the courage to stand on it, and see the power hidden before in the life situation you created.

Inwardly connected to nature, the divine laws of nature help us return to balance.

When we were camping in the mountains a few years ago, we forgot to bring our flashlights and asked our seniors, can we still see the road under our feet after sunset? He didn't understand what we were asking, and we found out -- the little moon was so bright! Those of us who are used to urban life have never noticed that when the moonlight falls on the valley, it is astonishingly beautiful.

What I want to tell you is that you are not insignificant; don't forget your true face, and stop underestimating yourself! When we can stabilize ourselves, we build around us: an energy field that allows others to settle down. Not to be the light, but to recognize that you are—the light!
