3 Ideas From Me

 I.
"If you're always right, you're not learning.
If you're never failing, you're not reaching.
The objective is to be right. The objective is to succeed.

如果你总是对的，那你就没有在学习。 
如果你从不失败，你就没有达到。 
目标是正确的。目标是成功。 
但如果你总是赢，那你就低估了你的潜力。

这一段话，跟这句话有点雷同

如果你总遭受挫折，代表生活还在教你还没学会的东西

从失败中学习，是件好事，所以才有失败为成功之母的这句话。

但是，这句话中的"失败"，不一定要由你，大脑可以透过别人的失败经验，脑捕成自己的失败经验，这样一来，"别人的"失败为"你的"成功之母。

有人工作一辈子，到了退休时，才发现自己不知道要做什么。

别说退休，很多时候，都想说还有时间，所以一再拖延。

准备总是没有周全的一天，但有准备总比没有好!

这是一个增强回路的概念，像是圣经中马太福音13:12：因为凡是有的，还要赐给他，使他丰足有余；凡是没有的，连他有的也将从他那里被拿走。

但增强回路如果是正向增强，就像上面的好关系投入更多变更好，好工作投入更多激励更多，是件好事! 但如果是反向增强，就千万不可!!

只是所有的回路都有所谓的滞后效应，也就是在你投入与产出之间有时间差，因而让原本的好关系因为投入没回报而变得怨怼的坏关系。

也就是说，投入与产出之间的增强回路经营上，必须要加入耐心。此外，也须时时检视自己所运转的增强回路，究竟是正向增强？还是负向增强？搞错了，不但花时间，还受伤!

要小孩子的功课好，补习是最不可取的!

教你个诀窍：就是每天问孩子，你今天学了什么？这可以用在哪？他和什么有关系？还可以延伸其他什么主题？

笛卡尔说：我思故我在。

让小孩开始转动思考的齿轮，并时不时地用问题来转紧发条，当他自己运转起来，其实学习能力就自然好起来，成绩也就自然而然的变好。

当人开始思考，学习也才真正开始。

​ㄟ~~~~这一段前面我还可以理解，第二段在说什么，我就不清楚了。

我的理解，应该是把自己当作是古老的人，勇于尝试探索未知的未来。

让我想到我从小看到大的Star Trek(星际迷航)开场白：

人的一生，就像太空一样，充满各种可能，等待你的探索，上面那段话，我觉得改成下面这样也恰当! 😁
