Daily life of the little sparrow｜ First time to see the house

Recalling the 228 holiday last weekend, the weather was exceptionally good, as if winter had passed away, and the outdoor temperature even made me put on a summer short-sleeved top, which is very suitable for outing.

I guess most people choose to go out. The whole highway is full of news on the news, but the little sparrow doesn't like crowded people, so I decided to come with my family to see the house. To be honest, I haven't saved enough to buy a house. I have a down payment, and I am not sure if I can afford a monthly mortgage in the future. I just use it as a learning experience to experience the process of viewing a house.

Of course, I had carefully checked the house inspection skills beforehand.

The family took a car and drove to the reception center not far from the house. Today, I expect to see about three houses, almost all of which are pre-sale houses. After all, the old houses are much more difficult for me, a rookie. I don’t consider the new houses. It's because the price is higher.

Parked in the parking lot next to the reception hall, I didn't expect that there were more people viewing the room than expected. Groups of people led the crowd to the center. Some looked like newlyweds or small families with children. Like our family, the parents who accompany their children to watch the house, and finally a group of middle-aged women, discussing the situation of the house, and passing by us, presumably a group of ladies is coming to look for real estate.

We met in the lobby with the pre-booked consignment business, and a gentleman who seemed to be honest approached us. He also politely led us to the big table, and then started a series of introductions, from the function of the surrounding area, the use of the building. The quality of the building materials and the expected interior space configuration are all introduced in detail, and even the payment trial calculation is clearly written, and my little head is bombarding frantically in a short period of time, and it will crash.

Fortunately, it's been through.

Next, it was finally my turn to see the house, which I was most looking forward to, visiting the sample house.

The builder transformed the design drawings on the paper into the actual residential layout, and added the design ingenuity of the decoration, so that the originally small interior space was perfectly enlarged, and the beams and columns were also hidden naturally. Although these are all house selling skills, I understand, but such physical viewing can make people feel at home.

Say goodbye to the first consignment, we then rush to the next destination, but there are still two pre-sale houses waiting for us. The same drawings show that the sample house is taken to see. The process of viewing the house is really tiring and brain-burning. What is more annoying is that I can’t afford a small two-person room. The proportion of public facilities is very high. It hurts to think of spending a lot of money on swimming pools and gyms.

After listening to the three rooms carefully, dragging my tired body, I almost fell asleep on the way back, but it was an eye-opener, and I learned some housekeeping skills.

I will still look forward to the next home inspection, and I will also work hard and save the down payment for the purchase of the house. come on!
