Doraemon will never grow old
It is my routine to go to the theater to watch Doraemon: The Movie during summer vacation. After a two-year hiatus due to the epidemic, this year I finally went to the theater to reunite with Doraemon. The Doraemon movie scheduled for this summer vacation is "Nobita's Little Space War." Doraemon movies have had only one routine for thousands of years: Doraemon and a few little ghosts use countless magic weapons to overcome many difficulties and achieve victory, and finally have a happy ending. The central idea of the movie has always been that besides friendship and courage, it is courage and friendship. The gentleman who likes "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" curled his lips and said, "I don't know what's so good about Doraemon." I replied angrily: "You, a childless person, don't know anything." There are many things in my life. Doraemon is one of the obsessions that can't be let go. A long, long time ago, when this cute "raccoon cat" was called Ding, I was impressed by the author's whimsical ideas. I watched Doraemon take out magic weapons one by one and help the Adou-like hero pass through the levels. From being a childish elementary school chicken in the 2D comics to becoming an adult and marrying Shizuka in the 3D movie "Stand By Me", I didn't miss every scene. As long as I see this round-headed blue robot cat, I will be indescribably happy and allow myself to be childish again and again.
This summer's summer vacation "Nobita's Little Space War" is a 2D movie. The protagonists in it are Doraemon and elementary school students. The movie is still the same routine that I have always known, but I still had fun with the children who were watching the movie. laughing out loud. After watching the movie, I immediately asked my mother friends in Hong Kong if they would take their children to see it, and I found out that it was not scheduled to be released in Hong Kong until August. I couldn't help but laugh with my friend, "Oh, won't we be able to draw it then?" My friend asked why, and I said, "This movie tells the story of Nobita and his good friends, who together with Doraemon, help people living on the earth." The alien president returns to his own planet and joins forces to overthrow the dictatorial emperor. The slogan of the alien resistance group in the play is "Freedom to us", and the slogan shouted by the people in the streets is also "Freedom to us". A friend who is a die-hard Meng fan replied to me with a sticker covering his mouth and snickering, and said, "That's right, I must go see it."
Compared to 2D movies, I prefer the 3D version of the "Stand By Me" series, because this series is more for adults to watch. The movie is filled with a touch of sadness and helplessness caused by being unable to resist growing up. The first episode was released in 2015. At that time, Mr. Lin Baoquan, who did the Cantonese dubbing for Doraemon, passed away before the movie was released. This movie became his dubbing legacy. Uncle Baoquan has played Doraemon for many years. In my beautiful memories, everything Doraemon said was the voice of Uncle Baoquan. I still can't accept the voices of other dubbing actors. At that time, my low mood was still struggling to stay in 2014. Uncle Baoquan, a person who was closely connected with the good old days, a person who thought he would never grow old like Doraemon, suddenly said that he was leaving. The airless sadness is really hard to describe with words. The Cantonese version of "Stand By Me" has a special tribute to Uncle Baoquan at the beginning. When I saw the words "I will always miss Mr. Lin Baoquan" printed in white letters on a black background, I burst into tears. And when Doraemon said in the voice of the security guard at the end of the movie, "I can't stay here anymore, I really have to leave!", I cried silently in the dark theater. I was moved by the plot of the movie and also Because of the death of Uncle Baoquan, I was so sad that as an adult I was forced to face a Hong Kong that was beginning to become fragmented.
By the time the second episode of "Stand By Me" was released, it was already 2021. A full 6 years later, everything has changed. I had no choice but to leave Hong Kong and began to learn to adapt to life in Taiwan. Compared with the first episode, the plot of the second episode is a bit far-fetched, but I was still moved to the point of bursting into laughter. Because I realized that I too didn’t want to grow up, and I hated the countless moments when I lost my courage like mud. As a result, I burst into tears in the theater again.
"Stand By Me 2" is a commemorative work for the 50th anniversary of Doraemon's birth. This doraemon, who is over fifty years old, is still full of energy in 2022, taking Nobita and his friends through the universe, taking adventures together, and defeating the dictator together. Ha, Doraemon will never grow old!
After returning home after reading "Nobita's Little War in the Universe", I noticed a piece of news from the Hong Kong Book Fair, saying that some readers rushed to buy Au Jialin's Traveler's Diary trilogy on the grounds that the books would be banned at some point. When I saw this news, I thought that my favorite Doraemon magic weapon is silent bread. It would be great if I could have silent book bread. I would definitely print all the taboo or possibly taboo words on silent book bread, eat them all, and stay with me forever, no matter how you burn books and ban them. Word!
Like my work? Don't forget to support and clap, let me know that you are with me on the road of creation. Keep this enthusiasm together!
