Instead of insisting on losing 6 kg for 3 months, it is better to extend it for half a year or even a year. The point is to lose 6 kg, isn't it?
Alternatively, you can choose the third button - Action!
Increase actions taken to achieve goals.
If you want to lose weight successfully, in addition to going to the gym, you can also mix it with diet, quit hand shake and midnight snack.
Don't berate yourself, don't be deceived by your memory because there is no data record, and mistakenly think how easy the past goals are, don't give up!
