Life Notes 27|Just a tiny joy
The coffee shop that I fell in love with during a light trip to Chiayi last year is about to close its business. The simple double-storey old house and the fig cake roll are still memorable.
June seems to be a month to say goodbye. Under the raging epidemic, farewell to social activities, goodbye to familiar restaurants and coffee shops, the days of being able to move freely in the past have become far away. Swipe through the social news, and friends are all staring at the computer at home, attending a graduation ceremony without bachelor's uniforms, flowers and warm hugs, and logging out of their student status on the spot.
However, this is the first time I have stayed at home for such a long time. During the first few days of the retreat, I stayed in bed because I stayed up late to catch up on dramas. I have set the alarm clock at 8:20 for a while now, and I started doing yoga and breathing after getting up. Practice, at this time, the insects coming in from the window can be heard by the side ear.
Zhang Manjuan wrote on the back of the book "Just a Tiny Happiness": "When I walked under the tree on the street, the autumn wind blew off the dry leaves and rolled them by my feet. I rushed forward and stepped on them hard, and I heard the sound of the dead leaves breaking. , I am so happy.” These trivial things were only precious in the days of retreat, and thinking of the long list of books at hand, I could finally eat them slowly.
In a blink of an eye, the timing has come to October. This article was originally published on my personal website in June, but the background is currently suspended, so it will be better to publish it here in the future.
