When I went to Tainan for business, my colleague A took me and my colleague B to have coffee. But it is not the common online beauty, punch-in cafe. It is really a place to taste coffee and chat, which I find very interesting.

We each ordered three types of pour over coffee: washed, sun-dried, honey-processed

☕Because I only know American-style and latte about coffee, so I don’t know much about coffee, which is amazing. Before hand-brewing coffee, the boss will intimately give us a taste of the aroma, and even shake it a little to have a different aroma. Colleague A also shared with us the sweetness of drinking water after drinking coffee, as well as other tasting details, which really opened my eyes to the world of coffee.

• Washed: Although it has a sour taste, it is acceptable to colleagues who don't like American-style drinks. The finish has a rich fruity aroma, and the taste is very rich. This is also my favorite among the three cups.

• Sun exposure: If you like something with a bit more acidity, this one can be recommended for you!

• Honey processed: a very special one. Although it is sour at the beginning, the tail has a familiar taste. I first thought of the sweetness of the biscuits (I don't know why) until I thought that the boss said that honey-processed coffee would be good. It's like wine, red wine.

🙌The boss also entertained us with small snacks - lemon zest (this is the name I found on the Internet), and the red heart guava grown by myself.
Not only did he kindly explain the types of coffee to us, but he also asked many recommended dishes in Tainan and Kaohsiung.
