Obviously not hungry, why keep eating
Many people feel guilty after eating and drinking, so they begin to over-control their diet. When this situation occurs repeatedly, the brain will "break down" and cause bulimia; its most typical symptoms are "eating a lot, self-blame, Inducing vomiting, fasting, or exercising a lot”, that may be a high-risk group for bulimia.
What are the symptoms of binge eating disorder?
1. Periodic: Uncontrollable overeating at fixed times (eg dieting during the day, but then overeating at night, often in a vicious cycle).
2. Eat a large amount of food: The intake of a meal exceeds the average person's food intake (more than 2000 kcal/meal, which is almost equivalent to the amount of food a boy eats in a day).
3. Eat until you vomit: You can't stop eating until you feel unwell or about to vomit.
4. Emotional: I often eat a lot of food to vent when I am depressed, sad, and bored.
5. Satiety: The stomach is not hungry but still eats a lot of food.
6. Loneliness: Binge eating episodes usually eat alone, not wanting to be noticed by others.
7. Anxiety: Feeling nauseous, anxious or self-blame after binge eating, and even making up for the guilt with vomiting or dieting and excessive exercise.
