Karma is not a karma cycle but a physical balance of energy

Google the word "Karma" and you'll find a lot of concepts about karma, karma, and repayment of past and present karma, especially in various religions of Indian origin, as well as Taoism's view of reincarnation and reincarnation.

In terms of enlightenment or psychological comfort, this concept is appropriate, but what has always been difficult for me to understand is that there is a god who judges in the sky and records who owes whom what, and how to repay in the next life? What is the standard of reward and punishment?

Karma has nothing to do with rewards or punishments, it's just a natural balance of physical energy. Whatever you give, it will come back to you.

The murderer does not have to be killed in this life and the next to be repaid, but there will always be a corresponding energy in the universe that prompts/guides him to experience the consequences. When these experiences can balance such energy, Karma completes a cycle . Of course, this does not only apply to negative energy, positive energy also follows this law. (I avoid words like "good and evil" because what is "good and evil" is very subjective)

Of course a lot of this is something the soul chooses to experience, not just passive destiny. Free will still plays a big part.
