City Celebration Shake Up 1600 Panda World Tour 2014 in Taichung
I like panda bears, but I don’t like to travel far. I can count the number of times I took a ride to Taipei Muzha to see Reunion Yuanyuan and Yuanzai Yuanbao on five fingers.
In 2014, the paper sculpture giant panda world tour came to Taichung. If you can't see the real giant panda, you can do it yourself.
When it was exhibited on Yizhong Street in early April, I received the news too late. When I got there, there were too many people to squeeze in, and I cried.
Because Taichung City is the last stop of the 1600 Panda World Tour in Taiwan.
When I went to the Cultural Center to return the book in September, the bulletin board posted 1600 pandas on display at the Huludun Cultural Center Square on October 5.
I marked the calendar, calendar, and calendar to remind me not to forget. I arrived at the squatting point at 8:30 to occupy a seat. I thought I was early. The scene was already crowded with men, women and children.
Who cares that the staff is still arranging, take pictures. There are also people who break through the blockade and get close to the giant panda and take the opportunity to sneak a bit.
It is rare for this town to have activities that are in line with the world. Although the sun is hot and the eyes are not open, it doesn't matter. Hold up your parasol and put on your hat, and it is still full of people.
How cute is the panda bear's face?
The sun was so strong that I couldn’t see clearly through the lens, so I took random shots. Fortunately, I got the target. I once thought that when I became a panda conservationist, I would be able to see this cute animal every day, which is far from reality and imagination.
When taking pictures, I almost drooled, I really wanted to kiss the panda bear's face.
In addition to 1,600 high-density paper-carved giant pandas, there are also Taiwanese black bears, clouded leopards, owls, and sika deer.
The specially-dressed panda bear was going to take a photo with the children, so Shu Man hurriedly took the photo first while people were arranging their grooming.
Someone installed a monitor on the back of their head and pressed the shutter to immediately get up and destroy the picture, attracting a scolding.
The number of pictures on mobile phones in 2014 is too small, and the photo effect is not so good.
At that time, I complained that there were too many people and it was too crowded, and it was difficult to take pictures of no one intruding.
Now because of the new coronavirus, wearing masks, maintaining a safe social distance, and avoiding people-to-people connections, is it impossible to hold such a big event before the virus completely disappears? I really miss those crowded times.
