★ "It's not difficult to bathe the chickens," I said to the audience, "everyone can do it. If you plan to bring your chickens to a poultry show, I really recommend giving the chickens a bath first, so that the chickens can be healthy. The best appearance. Just remember to grab the chicken well, use a mild soap, and finally blow dry the chicken from head to toe so it doesn’t catch a cold.”

●Three very important things:

1. First of all, the briefing is very exciting, scary but exciting and full of energy. You are the focus of all eyes.

2. If you can make good use of some basic principles, it can help the presentation to go smoothly. Having a good grasp of things like introductions, conclusions, a well-written story, and simple visuals can really help your presentation go a long way. None of these basic principles are too complicated.

3. A good briefing can stimulate the curiosity of the audience and make everyone more engaged. If you can use moving props, it will definitely play a miraculous effect and attract the attention of the audience. For example, a chicken that flaps its wings and quacks will have a great effect; of course, this chicken will certainly not make everyone drowsy.

TED Talks aren't the best imitations, but you can learn a few tricks that you can use when giving a presentation.

1. Storytelling / The most popular TED talks are often story-based. The speaker addresses themes, discusses theories and concepts, but it all comes to life when the speaker tells the story.

2. The most amazing thing about speaking slowly/a great TED talk is the rhythm. The speed of the speaker's speech will be slowed down, as if the words are deliberately dragged for a long time, so you can often see the speaker pause for a moment.

3. Make good use of data/When you want to clarify an argument, you must use data and information to prove that the argument is credible.

4. Don't use too much data/Speakers usually only mention one or two studies, this point must be remembered. While you may be tempted to do this, don't overwhelm your audience with a ton of data.

● Habits worth learning from Jobs:

1. Be Prepared / Jobs is obsessed with briefings. He would show up at the venue a few hours before the briefing, rehearsing carefully, not missing any link. He studies lighting, site placement and the overall environment. He did his best to prepare and never took his chances.

2. Spice it up/Jobs' acting and speaking are just the right mix. He is very talented in performances, not only talking, but also bringing things out. In other words, he would do something like a demo for all the audience to see.

3. Get rid of the turnips and keep the greens He trimmed each slide down to the essence. In other words, simplicity is beauty.

● Jobs features that should not be imitated:

Many people naturally want to imitate Jobs's approach when giving presentations. Everyone thinks: "This is how Jobs briefed, and of course it suits me well." Unfortunately, the method that Jobs uses may not be suitable for everyone. He has Several features are best avoided.

1. Keep important information in your hand / Jobs is a master at keeping important information. He professes to be innovative, but often dismisses the most tantalizing and exciting news as a treasure trove.

2. No mention of data / One of the amazing things about Jobs' briefings is that they rarely see data, analysis, or calculations.

3. Confidentiality/Confidentiality is also a very distinctive feature of Jobs. Unless the product has matured, he will never reveal a word.

●The positive cycle of the briefing tour:

- Determine if a briefing is necessary.

- Clarify your goals and avoid meaningless briefings that are just gathering data.

- Understand the audience's preferences and expectations.

-Write a brief outline to understand the tasks to be performed.

- Mining stories, choreographing smooth and logical processes and structures.

- When designing the page, the title, data chart, word selection, layout format have eyebrows.

- Pre-marketing before the report, adjusting the presentation based on the opinions of the important people.

- There is not too much rehearsal, and gestures, content and time allocation must be accurately mastered.

- Arrive early to prepare, and make sure that the equipment, positioning, props, and lighting are correct.

- Come up with confidence to give a briefing on stage, and have deep knowledge such as standing, eye contact, and disagreement.

- Carefully plan the QA session, and do not do NG behavior.

- Confirmation of decisions and follow-up actions.

- Review introspection (do it all over again).
