The most special thing about this noodle is the large intestine, which is very tasty and delicious.
In winter, this shop will become my breakfast shop; in summer, when the school bell rings, I have to call immediately and ask the lady boss to save me a bowl. After the students are out of school, I will ride a bicycle to get them.
Because, I have been eating for several years, whether it is the proprietress or the clerk, as soon as they hear the voice and my special request, they will know who it is.
In the past, there was a meatball (fried) next door. Usually, the meatballs were added with noodles and ordered together.
After the epidemic, only noodles can be ordered now.

My favorite is the lamb fried noodles. If you are hungry, you will order a larger portion. When I'm in a good mood, I'll add some hot squid.
The above two are all near Banqiao Station. Next time you have a chance to go to Banqiao, you can come and taste it~~
In addition, when I was thinking about this theme that day, I found that these two stores have one thing in common, that is, the two proprietresses have a particularly good memory. Moreover, some small details will be noticed and the needs of the guests will be remembered.
That day, when I got off work, I called Shenqiu Noodles again, and the lady boss was there that day. I heard the proprietress say to the staff: She is used to hanging on the handle, don't help her to lift it up, she will not be easy to hang. Wow~~ Have you been careful?
The proprietress of Beigang mutton will remember that the mutton fried noodles I ordered are not spicy , and they will cook for me in another pot.
It's hard to tell me not to love them!
