The meal before blood donation will also have the so-called thunder meal...

In fact, the title is a bit sensational, and it should not be regarded as a thunder meal, but the meal eaten may affect the process of subsequent blood donation.

Talk about some small episodes of blood donation recently~

Because the individual donates a platelet separation technique, blood will be drawn for a platelet separation test before blood donation.

The problem lies in the meal before the blood donation, because I basically make an appointment for one o'clock in the afternoon, and I will go to the martial arts gym first in the morning to exercise, and I will leave around 1130.

Then there was the meal and the blood donation, and then the situation happened.

The first time was because I ate at Daehan Couples Kitchen . Korean restaurant meals, I have also eaten before.

I can't eat it out of the way, but I think it's delicious, so I will eat it once a while.

This part was mentioned in the little things that happened in blood donation . Later, I tried to avoid eating such oily food in this short period of time. For the next blood donation, I changed to eat teppanyaki, and the time was as early as possible. As a result, I was told that there was still a little oil in the blood, but it was still within the allowable range.

Then this time, on May 1st, I ate the same Teppanyaki, but the interval between meals was a little shorter than the last time, and I finished my meal at about 11:50.

This time, after I went to the scene to draw blood, I was told that the blood was too oily, so I went to move first, and waited an hour before I came back for a blood test. Later, after inquiring, I found out that teppanyaki like this is actually very oily food, including bento or even vegetarian food. So try not to eat so well before donating blood, or really want to eat and wait until after the donation.

Otherwise, the time to eat and donate blood is prolonged, or drink a greasy drink and then go for a walk in the park before donating. In short, try to avoid donating after eating. Of course, donating whole blood seems to be less of a problem.

Donating blood depends on one's wishes and physical condition. Not everyone can donate, and not everyone has to go. I am used to donating when the time comes, and I don't have any special ideas.

However, the meal before blood donation, how to choose the right time and meal, seems to be something worth paying attention to, although it seems that most people do not have this problem.
