My mother said that she had already ordered 10 plain and salty rice dumplings with her old friend. I ask how much Daewon? We don’t have the so-called traditional taste of zongzi in our family. We miss it as soon as we eat it, because my mother doesn’t know how to wrap zongzi. Our family buys zongzi from outside. The good thing is that there are different tastes every year.

I like to eat zongzi, but eating zongzi was a hassle for me before I became a vegetarian.

Pork is the main filling for meat dumplings. I only remember that I have eaten chicken meat once. It was wrapped by my father's friend's wife and gave us a few grains to taste. My mother's comment is that it is not as delicious as pork.

When I was a child until I became a vegetarian, I didn't like to eat pork, I only ate lean meat when I could eat it. The meat filling in the meat dumplings is mainly pork belly. The white and greasy fat, I don't know why I got sick when I got there. My mother always warned me not to be picky eaters, so I also had the courage to take a bite and tried it, but after biting the fat fat , I just threw up and it didn't slide down my throat to my stomach at all. I think I'm allergic to fat!

I don't like pork belly, so the trouble of eating zongzi comes. If you take a big bite into the whole zongzi, you will bite into the fat, so I couldn't eat the whole zongzi in my hand at that time. I needed to put the zongzi Cut in half and pick out the fat one by one from the inside. I only enjoy it after seeing it with the naked eye, but occasionally there will be fat that slips through the net. After biting and even chewing it, I immediately vomited.

After becoming a vegetarian, these troubles are gone, and you can safely and happily open the whole zong leaves and eat them. Of course, the fillings for vegetarian dumplings are all vegetarian, and I have no hobbies, but there must be chestnuts or chestnuts in them. Chestnuts are naturally sweet and soft, and the texture is soft and glutinous. The vegetarian dumplings with chestnuts are delicious. And the dumpling with peanut filling is my favorite.

Whether it's meat dumplings or vegetarian dumplings, I have a filling that I don't like in common, but I like to eat them alone, but I just can't accept that it appears in the dumplings, which is "salted egg". I think his taste doesn't go well with zongzi.

I also don’t like the mashed taro, I just don’t like the mashed taro mixed with glutinous rice, but it’s not as annoying as pork belly fat or salted eggs. You can still eat it if you endure it.

I have another requirement for zongzi, which is to wrap it well and steam well, so that the glutinous rice will not stick to the zongzi leaves, so that you can eat beautiful and complete zongzi. Glutinous rice will stick to the zong leaves, which are all failed zongzi.

99% of the dumplings I have eaten so far are traditional triangles, and I have eaten pillow dumplings several times. The pillow dumplings are too big, one person can't finish one, and the price is not cheap.

I am still losing weight, so it is stipulated that I can only eat two rice dumplings at most this year. After all, Zongzi is a high-calorie food.
