Read the management book before it rains

After a few hot days, it finally rained coldly in the morning.

Woke up at five in the morning. I read a chapter of an English book, which talks about how to create a company or the internal culture and goals of an organizational enterprise, and how the organizational enterprise should motivate employees to achieve greater progress in their work.

The ideal is very rich, the reality is very poor. In my opinion, an enterprise organization that can formulate goals to motivate employees must firstly be a popular money-making fried chicken! Otherwise, it will be full of nonsense; then the management must be absolutely capable, otherwise the employees will be full of bitterness and tears to realize the hollow goal.

Most management or self-improvement books are written by industry experts, but in the final analysis, practical experience is still very important. The "practical experience" referred to here mostly refers to the content filled in by the theoretical framework. Can it be implemented in a conservative and redundant company? There is considerable room for discussion.

If an organization, like the middle and late Ming Dynasty, is full of rotten flesh and a bunch of parasites, I think it is only superfluous to put the best management theory into such a broken framework.
