#31 Community Pool Proposal: Transfer $50,000 worth of LIKEs to Tendermint (HackAtom VI)

Proposal : Community pool spend proposal: transfer 50,000USDe of LIKE to Tendermint (HackAtom VI)

Introduction :

This proposal is to implement the previous proposal #19 , sponsor the HackAtom hackathon, which will transfer 1,912,045 LIKEs to Tendermint's wallet, cosmos18ae7p2q7e79cdgv7y2zvq5txlnnwscjlcpwkj2. The price is $0.02615 as recorded on Coinmarketcap on December 16, 2021. In exchange, Tendermint will transfer an equal amount of ATOM to the winners of the HackAtom hackathon. The first place will get the equivalent of 35,000 USD in ATOM, and the second will receive 15,000 USD of ATOM in equivalent.

Intention :

This motion is to implement the previous #19 motion , there is no special idea, it should be implemented in accordance with the previous results, and I will vote for it.
