LikeCoin Governance Proposal | #26, #27 Proposal Voting Decision

I will briefly explain the motion, put forward my own ideas, and finally clearly state my voting decision. #26 Transfer funds to the community commissioned management committee

Proposal : Transfer funding from Community Pool to multisig wallet of the Community Delegation Committee (CDC) to manage community fund delegation

Introduction :

This motion is a follow-up motion to Motion #22.

After the funds in the ecological pool are transferred to the community pool, the use of the funds in the pool needs to go through a proposal. According to the request, this proposal proposes to transfer 100 million LIKEs to a wallet that needs to be signed by multiple people and used by the community-entrusted management committee, so that the committee can perform relevant duties, including supporting validators through delegation.

This wallet will be the first on the LikeCoin chain, used by the committee, and requires multiple signatures. Other wallets signed by multiple people will be added by the committee one after another.

If the proposal is passed, the 100 million LIKEs in the community pool will be transferred to the wallet at the address: cosmos1cd3rvuavswgf8p3t30vafpypg9n76evpuvmnxa, which will be used by members of the management committee entrusted by the community. The total number of committee members is 7, and any operation of this wallet must be signed by at least 4 committee members.

Intention :

This motion is related to motions #22 and #20 . I also voted in favor of these two motions. Now the wallet entrusted by the community is in charge of@高reconstruction, and there is a high chance of errors in single-person operation; it is very centralized; in the case of a committee, it is not very reasonable. It would be a lot better now to run a multi-signature wallet by the committee instead. The data entrusted by the community is published on Google Sheet , and interested friends can go and have a look. 100 million LIKEs are similar to the data currently entrusted. I guess the current delegation will also be transferred to this wallet later.

#27 Proposal for the use of the community pool: transfer LIKE equivalent to USD 50,000 to Numbers Protocol

Proposal : Community-pool-spend proposal: transfer 50,000USDe of LIKE to Numbers Protocol

Introduction :

This motion is to implement the previous decision passed in motion #16 . At the beginning, it had agreed to cooperate with Numbers Protocol to exchange LIKEs equivalent to 50,000 US dollars. According to the average price of LikeCoin on Coingecko from 2021.09.23 to 2021.12.07, https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qwCFwrtZSJD8DsexT-UoJalNLgDHcMV9G_Jb13OURBg , 1,543,097 LIKE will be transferred from the community pool to the wallet held by Numbers Protocol, Address: cosmos1nmjuecdlp4pmpphj62qynaew9v566hf77vekrt.

And Numbers Protocol will transfer 1,666,666 NUM to Ethereum wallet 0x90ceD2202b17546D6680cfe97E3dA3bD0480b882 . This is a multi-signature wallet held by three people. Representatives of appreciation to the Citizens Republic for holding this wallet are

Intention :

As a matter of implementing the decision of the previous motion, there are not many thoughts on this motion! I will agree. I have personally seen a lot of introductions about Numbers Protocol in Block Situation. I feel that working with them will bring about a lot of possibilities for LikeCoin.
