The Vietnamese practice is very unique. Especially ducks or chickens with feathers inside the eggs are especially delicious. Very replenishing and beautifying.

The Vietnamese side prefers to eat dishes with soup, that is, take the dishes and scald them with boiling water. Then add lemon juice to the soup. I remember very much that my mother often boiled water spinach, adding some lime juice to the soup, it was a little sour in summer, it was really comfortable.
