In the afternoon of self-discipline, I will pedal the indoor bicycle (if I don’t have self-discipline, I will not pedal, and life will be repeated).

I don't want people outside to see that I'm exercising, but I want to see the scenery outside. I leaned my bicycle against the window and did some exercise.

Some people say that indoor cycling is a boring exercise, and it is indeed very monotonous. I don't even want to be seen doing exercise, but I can imagine that I can't go out without going out. Every time I open the audiobook to listen to it, I can ride it down. Recently, I was reading and listening to Kong Forest's "Journey to the West" on WeChat. I've tried watching the video, but it makes me dizzy, so I don't want it. I exercised on the second floor and looked out the window at the scenery, the leaves and the sky, and the fighting cocks raised by the neighbors.

There are a lot of cockfights outside my house, and they are chirping day and night, and those who have video calls/phone calls with me will always ask me if I am in the country. In middle school, I used to get up at five in the morning to catch the school bus. As long as I heard the honking, I knew it was half past five. My mother said it was so noisy. She woke up early every time but didn’t want to get out of bed.

Fighting cocks are aggressive, so when raising them, one of their feet should be tied, and there will be another chicken after a certain distance. Also, a simple house will be built for each chicken, and two wooden boards will be nailed into a triangle. That's it, it's a triangular column when it stands up, with the pointed end facing up, which can let the chickens shelter from the sun and rain. I was riding my bike while watching the cockfights dig a hole in the grass for them to nest in, it was lovely. They don't necessarily hide in their huts when it's raining, and some like to stand straight in the rain.

I also have a lot of sparrows in my house. The sparrows are very cute. After watching "Ghost Slayer", I found that the sparrows are even cuter. Once I saw a sparrow with a feather in its mouth, jumping up and down on the star fruit tree, so cute.

In this way, my ears are listening to the book, my eyes are watching the natural blockbuster, and my feet are moving and moving on the pedals. As long as I move and sweat, I don’t feel like I’m so useless, especially when I smell my stinky clothes after taking a shower (I can’t smell how stinky I am before taking a shower, hahaha), I feel like I haven’t had a day in vain I am awesome.
