Recently, I have been working from home, and the workload is not much. I often use my mobile phone. It is nothing more than lingering on major social media.

There is no one at home these days, I feel extremely empty, and the short videos that I thought were good before are now numb.

A while ago, I watched Sadhguru's video on YouTube. He said that people are often unconscious, starting from getting up in the morning and going to the toilet to clean up. He also said that most people are conscious less than 1% of the day.

I thought it was the unconsciousness that caused the numbness, so I opened my eyes more to see the world. I saw a very thin squirrel dancing outside the big tree for two days in a row. When it starts to rain, I think, where do squirrels take shelter from the rain?

Recently, I also have the habit of listening to books while riding an indoor bicycle. I listened to Zhuangzi yesterday.
