The most efficient recruitment poster

Crazy recruiting poster! !
The first half of the poster in the Xiaoqi store /twitter/Sagawa アル@ChChrytt

Looking closely at the screenshot above, it looks like a poster on a post. I simply explain what is written above.

The poster looks like a LINE conversation.

On the left is Xiaoqi Mark, who should be the store manager.

Recently, the number of working students in the night shift is not enough. I would like to trouble you to make a recruitment poster.
Hopefully the poster looks seductive.

It appears to be the receiver on the right.

 OK! ️

The next step is for the receiver to ask the store manager about the conditions of recruitment, etc., which is to be used in the production of posters. (screenshot below)

Please tell me, what is the hourly rate for the night shift?

left

⚫ Big night shift time
23:00~6:00⚫Hourly rate

Feel free to leave it to me‼ ️

sorry to bother you.

I've been very busy lately, so I'll do it for you quickly and concisely!

Simple and fast!
The poster looks recognizable.

The above is all the text on the poster.

When the master saw this poster, he took a picture of it and sent it to Twitter with a sentence [grass] attached.

I didn't expect this tweet to be pushed crazy. In just a few days, it has more than 200,000 likes! Nearly 60,000 retweets!

Some media found this tweet and specifically went to ask the up master.

According to the owner of Up, he saw this poster on a pillar in a Xiaoqi store in Kyoto. At first, he just thought it was strange, why he made the content of LINE's dialogue into a poster, and after carefully reading what was written on it, he couldn't help but feel Wanted to take a photo of it and tweet it.

He went on to say that he often comes to this store, and the clerk has a very good attitude. He likes to come here to buy things, and he hopes they can recruit good clerks.

In my impression, most people's evaluations of the work of the Japanese are that they work hard and are critical of the work content (Taiwanese: turtle hair)...

Assuming you are a designer, if you dare to take a screenshot of the dialogue, you will complete the manuscript as a poster. On my own, I would never dare to do it. XD

Unexpectedly, the client actually accepted it like this, printed it out and posted it.

Note 1:

The Japanese word "grass" originally meant grass as in Chinese, but it was later transformed into an Internet term.

People who often mix Japanese forums should have seen that Japanese people like to use www

Does it look like a weed, so it evolved into [grass] = [laughing; funny].

Note 2:

Hourly salary > 1175 yen (940 yen from 5:00 to 6:00), why does the content in parentheses appear?

Japan's labor base law stipulates that work in the late night hours (22:00 to 5:00) must be increased by 1.25 times, so (5:00 to 6:00) the normal hourly wage during the day is 940 yen, and the hourly wage in the late night hours is 940× After 1.25 bonus = 1175.
