In 2018, the offshore (offshore) wind power-related industry began to take off. Due to the localization requirements of the offshore wind power industry, with the strong support of the government, foreign and local manufacturers have established joint ventures one after another. Wind power engineering company, British business ALE and Jiayun Heavy Machinery established Taiwan Aili Jiayun.

ALE, the world's top three heavy machinery hoisting companies, cooperates with Jiayun and complements each other. ALE quickly entered the Taiwan market through Jiayun, and Jiayun originally had a certain technical level. Cooperation with foreign companies can be learned from world-class standards and accumulated more experience.

In 2018, ALE entered Taiwan and established a branch in Taiwan as Taiwan Aili Large Scale Lifting Co., Ltd.

In April 2019, Jiayun and ALE established Taiwan Aili Jiayun Co. , Ltd., with ALE accounting for 49% and Jiayun accounting for 51%. Then, in June 2019, he successfully obtained a hoisting contract from Xingda Haiji, a subsidiary of Sinosteel Investment, with a total amount of nearly nine figures.

But at the end of 2019, Mammoet acquired ALE, so Xingda Port now sees Mammoet's PTC 200.
