Change LikeCoin Address Prefix

Liker Land is preparing for the change of LikeCoin wallet address from cosmo1 prefix to like1, including support for existing web pages, legacy CLI, Keplr and Ledger, etc. Temporarily found a SIGN_MODE_DIRECT solution to allow old records to interact between the two prefixes without hindrance. Upgrade to Cosmos SDK 0.44

Community Commission
