Apply for Dependent Visa and Student Visa at the Belgian Taipei Office

At first, I thought I was going to have an interview, and I was still practicing Dutch Ik ben with my wife on the way...(I am...), but it turned out that I didn't need anything, only a working visa was needed. Because two people want to apply for visas, we made an appointment for two hours. In the end, we only spent about 30 minutes@@ much faster than expected~~

At first, I thought I was going to have an interview, and I was still practicing Dutch Ik ben with my wife on the way... (I am...), but it turned out that I didn't need anything, I only needed to apply for a working visa. Because the office stipulates that two people apply for a visa, they need to make an appointment for a two-hour time slot, but we only spent about 30 minutes@@ much faster than expected~~

Parking at the entrance of the Belgian Taipei Office:

Our car was parked just outside the gate on the first floor of the commercial building for a limited time. (It was raining heavily under the typhoon, but fortunately it stopped very close.)

Go directly inside and take the elevator to the 6th floor where the office is located. As soon as the elevator came out, the Belgian Taipei office was on our left.

What it looks like outside the Belgian office
Internal office documents of the Belgian Taipei Office:

As soon as we entered, said we had an appointment to do Dependent and Student visas and handed all the documents from the window to the lady in the office. She checked the information with us, and then asked us to sign the electronic visa form and official language form, then took a photo of the head, and then pressed the fingerprints of 10 fingers on the fingerprint scanner (it is difficult to press, you need to press hard, It is easier to read.) There is no problem in the process, it should be that our documents are all ready. (clapping hands~~)

What the interior of the Belgian office looks like, the carpet should be a map of Belgium.

Cute little things in the office
Payment of visa and notary fees
Expensive visa fees

My student visa costs almost nothing, only need to pay 700 yuan (notarized by a good citizen certificate)
My wife's dependent visa costs 11,200 yuan (4900 notarization fees for seven documents, 6300 visa fees)

That's it for the visa

It will take three weeks to get the visa, and will be notified by phone. There are still about two weeks before we expect to go abroad to get the visa, and there is plenty of time. After you get the visa, you need to send the electronic file together with the electronic file of the flight ticket to KU Leuven, and then you will do the homework of granting the scholarship first. of)

Welcome to clap and follow, I will be back~~
