One of the problems related to deficiency of heart qi in Chinese medicine theory is also the same, and they affect each other. Deficiency of heart qi + improper posture → easy to concave shoulders, often concave shoulders → compression of the chest cavity, causing pressure on the cardiopulmonary system. The stomach is called "under the heart" in traditional Chinese medicine. It is linked by the heart, and many problems are attributed to the heart system.
