【Away from Anxiety】The Age of Great Anxiety

I've always wondered, how could anyone live in this day and age without getting an anxiety disorder?

In this age of information explosion, anxious messages can be received anytime, anywhere. Turn on the TV and newspapers, and countless unnatural deaths appear in front of you. Looking at Facebook at leisure, the news feed is constantly emerging with all kinds of alarmist news, old news, rumors and fake news.

I could not turn a deaf ear, so I was worried about a car accident when driving, worrying about sinking a ship by boat, worrying about an air disaster when traveling by plane, worrying about the bridge collapsing when crossing a bridge, and worrying about a mechanical failure and throwing people down when I played a mobile game.

Parents worry that their children will be kidnapped, have accidents, or be harmed by neurotic patients for no reason. Office workers are worried that the economic downturn will be planted, retirees are worried that their retirement money is not over, they are worried about encountering black-hearted food when they eat, and even shampooing and brushing their teeth are worried that the raw materials will contain carcinogens.

Let's travel and relax, oh, now the epidemic can't go anywhere. At the beginning of the outbreak, everyone thought that it would end soon, but now, everyone is not sure when the epidemic will end, life will return to normal, or will it never go back?

Living in Macau, I have to worry about the continuous decline in gambling revenue caused by the epidemic. This is the lifeblood of Macau’s economy. The epidemic has never ended, and Macau’s economy is not much better. Even the restaurants and entertainment facilities in the hotel have collapsed one by one. If you don’t have money to buy a house, you’re worried that you won’t be able to wait for a house, and you’re worried about buying a house at a high price. The property market will plummet and you’ll become negative equity. Accidental traffic paralysis causes inevitable lateness; parents are worried that their children will not be able to report to nursery schools, go to famous schools, or find good jobs and their future will be ruined; .

As such, we live in an era of complete insecurity, perilous and worrying. Anxiety can make people feel irritable and nervous. If one day an untreated anxiety patient makes a cold and extreme behavior in order to retaliate against the society, will everyone remember their indifference today in addition to condemning it?

Of course, there are always people who live unknowingly and carefree.

"Worry? It's superfluous. Damn it, it shouldn't be sick."

My anxiety is growing day by day, and I can only blame myself for being unfounded.

Living in an era of great anxiety, you can probably only ask for more happiness.

You don't need any talent to start drawing.

I can say this because I don't have any talent but I also draw.

Of course it's best if you can draw by yourself, but if you don't know what to draw, open youtube and search, you can naturally find a lot of drawing tutorials.

Just follow the painting.

In that process, you have to be so focused on the drawing that you are so focused that you achieve a state of complete peace of mind.

It turned out to be a really stress-relieving activity.

This is just my favorite activity, of course everyone's hobbies are different, sing if you like to sing, dance if you like to dance, do sports, cook, chat, or even do nothing, you can let yourself be in a daze or sleep Live at ease, find things you like and focus on, don't keep thinking about distressing things, gradually get away from anxiety, and gradually live a good life.
