Bybit layoffs, the proportion of layoffs will reach more than 15%

Recently, there has been a wave of layoffs in the encryption field, and many well-known encryption companies around the world have reported layoffs. On June 20, the crypto exchange Bybit also reported layoffs.

Ben Zhou, Bybit’s co-founder and CEO, said in an internal letter to employees that the company will re-evaluate some positions for consolidation or optimization due to the impact of the global economy, which will inevitably affect existing employees.

According to a source, Bybit currently has more than 2,500 employees, but the internal organizational structure is chaotic, and the industry is cold, and related business departments have been burning money, so this layoff and rectification have been made.

Many estimate the layoffs could reach more than 15%.
