When I read these articles again now, several of them are really naive the more I read them, and I have a feeling of regretting their little work, and it is not a pity that they were deleted. However, a few three or five articles are a little interesting and worth collecting.

 In the military, everything is fake, only the discharge is real!

Anyone who has ever been a soldier knows a famous saying. This is absolutely right. On the day of the new training, I found out that the results of the inspection test can also be faked - it was obvious that the grenade was only thrown 25 meters, and it barely passed. But I wrote fifty meters, which is a full double--I am convinced of this sentence.

After leaving the army, I can see more and more clearly, such as the flashy high-level inspection report, the results of the water sales that arbitrarily falsely reported the number... etc., all of which are neatly and beautifully manipulated on paper to cater to the upper mind. These are commonplace. matter.

The same is true when dealing with " people ".

However, in the actual day-to-day class, the dean simply does not have time to interview the brothers. So, the task of writing the report fell to me. E.g:

Brother A said that the morning run this morning was a little hard, but he still kept up with everyone's pace. He was pleased to see his growth.
Brother B went to the internet cafe yesterday to play video games and had a great time. After returning to work, he decided to continue to focus on the task at hand and meet the next island break.

Until I am discharged from the army, I believe that my fictional skills have definitely improved to a higher level, and I can almost write a novel with a rich literary style.

The Heart Health Center also requires that all units must conduct the "Lai's Personality Test" for new brothers, and continue to track the follow-up development of those brothers whose test results show a poor state of mind. All information must be archived for supervision.

However, since I became a political and war document for two months, I didn't even know about it, and I haven't seen this file. In other words, no one has ever done this before. Whenever the assistant counselor came to supervise, the counselor would be friendly and prevaricate. It was not until the new counselor was about to take office that the former counselor was worried that he would be too naive and would be supervised to the point of being lacking, so he decided to build this file. Of course, the job fell to me again...

In order to quickly build up the file, the dean asked me to find four people to take a psychological test, and then build a full-company test based on these four standard "templates". As a result of "doing it", there is no doubt that, except for a few brothers who already had problems, not a single person was included in the list of needing care.

I believe that through the psychological test, we can effectively screen out the brothers who are in urgent need of care and provide substantial help. The other measures of mental health are also well-intentioned. It is a pity that once it is implemented, there are many loopholes that can be drilled, human feelings can be talked about, and backdoors can be opened, which highlights the major flaws in the implementation and supervision of this system. The implementation of other large and small measures in the closed system of the national army is probably the same; everyone does everything they can to draw big cakes on paper, show their achievements, and create an illusion of peace in the world. There are no emergencies in special cases.

But many accidents often happen like this...

The pursuit of harmony, of course, is the good root of human beings, but for the sake of harmony, ignoring the fact of disharmony to create a harmonious lie is also the bad root of human beings. Following this inferior nature, deceit, deceive, blame, shirk responsibility... and other dirty things are done one by one. To curb this unhealthy trend, the top priority is to establish a rigorous and standardized system, pursue true harmony, and suppress false harmony. To solve problems, man-made disasters are the symptoms, and reflection on the loopholes in the system is the cure.

Speaking of our counselor, he is actually a very nice person, very popular, and he knows the situation of most soldiers. Some of the aforementioned negligence in work should be acts of last resort in the accomplice structure, and have nothing to do with personal conduct. I am reminded of the former company commander, who was also a good commander with authority and convincing.

I remember one time, a brother in the company violated the prohibition order, so a review meeting was held. I was quite dissatisfied with the way the review meeting was conducted, so I made a lot of comments in the soldier's notes. After the company commander read it, not only did I not get retaliated and confinement, but even my notes were intact, with no blank pages. The company commander also wrote a paragraph and told me: " ...I still hope that you can continue to put forward your views so that the cadres can think differently. "

Of course I am fortunate to have a good company commander, but not everyone in the army is as lucky as I am. It can be seen that there is a mistake in the system, which makes the "legal system" ineffective, and only relies on the "rule of man". Therefore, every recruit who enlists in the army, unless he encounters good officers and cadres, has no choice but to be born with endurance, so that he can be discharged safely in a sound physical and mental condition. Otherwise, there is a bloody example in front of you.

Regarding the Hong Zhongqiu case, I believe that the commander-in-chief of the three armed forces was furious, which really made the people under him vigilant, and I believe that the recruits who recently joined the army will have a good time. However, I am afraid that according to the inherent model, a large number of paper review reports and improvement plans will start to appear from top to bottom. Finally, at the reform level, challenging the huge power structure of vested interests may still be nothing more than words in the end.

However, they are talking about "people" on paper!
