[Daily Update] Reading Notes (75) Learning Design Strategies for Internet Attention: "Single Point" + "One Thing"


When the Internet platform and the media, people's reading attention gradually has three characteristics, a short period of time, immediate focus, and the need to resonate.


A short period of time is a quantitative indicator, focusing on the extraction technology from the content itself, and resonance needs are the key to content design.




[1] The core idea of effective learning: self-semantics + output results


When the organizational learning type is gradually combined with online micro-lectures and directly solve problems through short videos, the offline classroom-style learning mode gradually shifts the teaching focus of one-way transmission to the learning mode of two-way interaction and exchange and discussion.


This offline communication learning mode provides an opportunity for learning output, and converts the absorbed content into its own semantics through the brain.


This is also the most effective way to improve learning efficiency, directly showing what you have learned, or being able to pass it on to others.

One thing: focus on learning outcomes, and focus on one behavioral change. Usually, after a course, there are many knowledge points and application skills learned, but the learning of the brain will be screened out, which is useful to me, but there are many useful contents that I am not aware of.


Through short-term teaching and focusing on one behavioral change at a time, the efficiency of learning absorption and transformation can be improved.


By examining the learning effect, you can immediately judge which ones have been learned and which ones still need to be mastered.


Through the combined learning mode of "single point" and "one thing", the learning cycle can be lengthened and the problem of learning time can be solved.


Go from learning only one behavior a week, 20 minutes at a time, to a week to examine behavioral changes, and then to a weekly time unit to examine the impact of learning.
