Our primary school principal is rotating to another school

Some time ago, a friend said that in the public schools here, for the sake of education fairness, teachers and principals are rotated, and the school is changed every three years. I was skeptical at the time, because it seemed like this was the principal since I came here, and it hasn't changed. The friend said, oh, that might be changed this year.

Sure enough, as she said, the little fat cub came back yesterday and said that their principal is going to another school next semester, and the teachers and students of their school are making a book for the principal, and the name of each person is written in the book.

The principal of Little Fat Cub School is my favorite and admired principal, bar none. Although I didn't know him well, I didn't even say a few words in person. But he deserves my evaluation.

JK and SK in Ottawa Kindergarten belong to the category of free compulsory education, together with primary school. In the past, when Little Fat Cub was in kindergarten, the pick-up and drop-off gate was next to the principal's office. Every time I went to pick him up in the afternoon, no matter how early I arrived, the curtains in the principal's office were all drawn, even though it was snowing everywhere. From the outside, we can see that the principal's office is very simple, except for the computer desk and computer, the others are almost negligible. And the principal has always stood in front of the computer to do things without even putting down a chair.

Ottawa stipulates that students who are more than 800 meters away from the school are only eligible to take the school bus. We don't have enough distance, we walk to school every day. The school bus that picks up the children is parked in the parking lot outside the classroom of Little Fat Cub Kindergarten. There are four in total. At that time, almost every time I sent the little fat cub to school, I could see the principal with a sign on his body to pick up the child and get off the bus at the gate of the school bus.

During school, the parents of the school will receive an email from the principal every Friday to review the week, and the last signature is the principal and the vice-principal, never alone. Every time I don't know who to look for, I send an email directly to the principal, and he replies to me in a timely manner, sometimes even within seconds.

Some time ago, I sent the fat cub to the park behind the school and walked back in line. I was thinking about something when I heard a voice saying "Good morning." I looked up and looked in the direction where the voice came from. It turned out to be the principal. Holding the sign on duty, he walked to the place where the students gathered at the back of the school. In fact, at this time, the students have already entered the classroom with the teacher. He should be visiting the school.

I was in that place again today, and I saw the principal, after picking up the children from the school bus, walk and chat with two children in grades 3 and 4 to the place where the students line up in the park behind the school.

I remember when we first came here, our primary school ranked average, and the church school next door ranked very well. Now the ranking of our primary school is rising year by year, but the ranking of the church school next door is gradually declining.

What principal brings out what kind of school. We desperately need such a principal! The whole world needs a principal like this!
