Block World｜Cryptocurrency donations support Ukraine🇺🇦

The Ukrainian-Russian war is not just about Ukraine and Russia; it is not just about Europe. The Ukrainian-Russian war is a matter of the entire global village.

I never thought that I could support Ukraine so directly and quickly.

It is said that I have only recently met the NFT trading platform akaSwap and the Tezos cryptocurrency. I minted two NFTs on akaSwap and sold three for two penny.

Last week, the Ukrainian government announced on Twitter that it was accepting donations in cryptocurrencies, including bitcoin, ether, and the USDT stablecoin. In the Temple wallet two days ago, I saw an additional button to directly donate XTZ cryptocurrency to Ukraine. The donation site reads: "Help Ukraine with XTZ, don't leave us alone with the enemy. Donate XTZ to Ukraine via the Come Back Alive foundation. The people will do the rest."

So I donated the two small money earned in NFT directly to Ukraine. It feels very direct and fast and convenient, just like the PayMe or FPS that we use on weekdays in Hong Kong. The difference is that there is no need for cross-border transfers through the traditional banking system, and donations are made directly to designated organizations.
