What a shame there are no big plates that look more premium 😅

In the crazy low temperature recently, there must be a lot of people cooking hot pot at home, right? Because when I went to the store to buy vegetables, the whole meat slices were swept away ... The remaining beef slices are not much and expensive, and I can't buy them either 💔

This situation is almost the same as when I grabbed the Spring Festival high-speed rail ticket . First of all, I couldn't get into the ticketing system. After I finally got in, I just had to choose someone else to book the rest of the time...

I also really want to eat hot pot, but the newly bought barbecue machine is calling me, so let’s save the hot pot until the annual vacation! At that time, you can roast and eat two with evil fire 🤤

For dinner for two people, because it is very limited for one person to buy vegetables with a handbag, so I gave up buying white rice and used fried noodles instead. On Saturday, I bought two meals at Quanlian and the quantities are as follows:

  • 1 pack of green peppers (there are 4)
  • 1 box snapper (a large piece, cut into two pieces)
  • 1 box of small rolls
  • 1 box of flower branches
  • 2 boxes of pork belly (1 box is 2 strips is just right)
  • 1 sachet of shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pack of beautiful lettuce (lucky to grab the beautiful last pack 😭)
  • 2 packs of oil noodles
  • 1 box shredded pork hind leg (for fried noodles)
  • 1 bottle of garlic barbecue sauce

A total of 738 yuan was spent, and the average meal was about 185 yuan per person. Judging from eating at home, it is a little expensive, but it is barely okay for barbecue. If you go to the market, you may be able to buy it for less money, but office workers really can't run the market...

Equally divided, one meal can be eaten by one person:

  • Fried Noodles with Shredded Onion and Pork
  • One piece of pork belly (about 10 slices after cutting)
  • Half box of flower branches (about 7 or 8)
  • Half a box of small rolls (about 7 or 8)
  • Green pepper (1 diced)
  • 3 mushrooms
  • Lettuce (half a pack, actually quite a lot.)
  • Onion (whole onion shredded for two)
  • Snapper halves

Lettuce If you have salad dressing at home, you can basically make a small lettuce salad with the amount of one pack. The premise is according to personal food intake!


Great BBQ! But the fried noodles is still a bit difficult to overcome, because you have to be very careful to stir fry. The noodles in the photo above are for two people, which is the amount of a whole bag of oil noodles. I add it slowly in many times, and it will be better to fry it first.

For the convenience of grilling when preparing the ingredients, I cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms, and then shredded and fried noodles with the chopped shiitake mushrooms. The whole is reserved for barbecue, it looks more delicious.

This time, I put on gloves on a whim, and accidentally found that cutting onions is not irritating at all. In the past, onions were first cut, rinsed, and then quickly cut. In fact, I won’t cry, but occasionally I will be washed by the smell if I move too slowly. . I didn't expect that wearing gloves is completely fine! But be careful when cutting, and get used to the feel of the gloves.

The fried noodles used half a box of shredded pork, some shredded onions and shredded mushrooms, seasoned with appropriate garlic barbecue sauce (please see personal taste), and it tasted like sizzling fried noodles~

When preparing the ingredients, prepare them at one time, and put them in the refrigerator in a crisper box, which saves space and has a better effect than the crisper box. It can also be used directly as a plate when you take it out.

The newly purchased barbecue machine is an upper and lower frying pan. At first, we used a grilling pan (the kind with grill marks) to bake food and fry noodles on a flat frying pan, but the noodles for two people at a time were not easy to turn, so we decided to have one person the next day. Use one side.

In this way, you can eat the way and speed you like, and you can control the amount of fried noodles.


I'm not used to wrapping meat with lettuce, so I fry the lettuce and noodles together! Seasoning to reduce the amount of barbecue sauce, add a little more sand tea sauce, the taste is better~

But next time I do it this way, I may choose to sprinkle shredded lettuce directly on the surface as an ingredient, it should be more suitable to eat, and the taste will be more refreshing.

Almost no oil is used in the barbecue process. The temperature of the machine is 210 degrees. The high temperature cooks quickly, and the meat itself has enough oil, so it will not burn.

The only thing worse is...

Forgot to open the window of the room😓😓😓

It really took a lot of time to let the oil smoke in the room dissipate. It was only cleaned in the afternoon, and I went to live after a big meal.

But I am really good at grabbing the portion, all the ingredients are emptied, and only the barbecue sauce that is not used up 👍
