[Cooked ingredients] A week's dinner of money-saving dishes: dried pork with colorful peppers/scrambled eggs/cooked cauliflower


List of purchases for lunch and dinner.

★The part marked with ⬛ is the part of lunch. I plan to cook quick noodle soup for lunch. This part is not included in the focus of this article.



Material

Dried pork with bell pepper
  • 2 sweet peppers (choose different colors will be more visually rich)
  • 1 box of dried bean curd
  • 1 box of ground pork (thick or thin)

Seasoning:

  • The ratio of soy sauce to oyster sauce is 2:1
  • A little mirin (you can omit or add wine)
scrambled eggs
  • Stir 4 eggs together, no seasoning required. It is necessary to put a certain amount of oil in the scrambled eggs, otherwise it will easily stick to the pan. Basically, make sure that the parts of the pan that the eggs touch are all stained with oil. The main thing is that the temperature should not be too high, and then stir quickly.
cooked cauliflower
  • Use a whole package of frozen cauliflower this time. Save the time of picking and washing, after microwave heating, just drizzle with your favorite sauce and eat it as a salad! A whole bag of cauliflower is 500 grams, and this time I just used up a whole bag.
  • Broccoli is nutritious and more suitable for bento dishes, because it is easy to cook and it is not easy to rot.



practice

❶ First, cook the rice first, this time the ingredients are relatively low, so I cooked 2 cups 4 for the rice part, because it is cooked in an electric pot, so I set the alarm clock after one hour, and I started preparing the ingredients for cooking during this time. Fear of forgetting the time.

❷ Then start the preparation:

After unpacking, cut all the ingredients into small pieces. The minced meat should also be chopped again to avoid clumps when frying.


This recipe is basically impossible to fail. You can choose the ingredients and condiments yourself. Because I want to save money, I use few ingredients and try to keep it as simple as possible.

❸ After the pan is hot, put the minced meat directly into the pan without adding additional oil. It needs to be fried during the process, so it should be turned while pressing. You can add a little mirin or rice wine to this part to slightly enhance the flavor and cover the flavor of the pork. It is not necessary to add it. (I added 2 tablespoons. Tablespoons in the picture below)

❹ After the minced meat changes color, you can put the dried tofu, stir fry evenly, and then you can season it.

❺ The ratio of soy sauce and oyster sauce is 2:1 and slowly added in small amounts and several times , and adjust to the saltiness you accept in the middle. This ratio also depends on the individual, but be careful when adding oyster sauce, otherwise it will be a tragedy... This time I used the small spoon in the photo below, 6 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of oyster sauce, the taste is quite light, but it just suits me taste.

❻ Lastly add bell peppers and fry until the bell peppers are slightly cooked . Peppers are easy to be too cooked and become soft and rotten, and the bento will be heated before eating, so you don't need to fry it for too long, just put it in at the end.


The dried pork was fried more than I thought... So after the package was finished, there was still some left, so I just used it for today's dinner 😅 So strictly it counts as 7 meals.


After the bento is heated, the cauliflower will be drizzled with mayonnaise, which is very suitable~

The total time is about one hour from cooking until the rice is ready, and the tools used in the preparation, cooking, and cleaning process are completed. It's very easy, I swiped my phone while frying in the process hahaha 😂



in conclusion

At the end of the month, lunch and dinner can be solved within the price of 550 yuan, which is really unnecessary! In fact, the price may still be less than 500 yuan, because the soup stock can be used for a long time...

The cooking tool this time was when I went home for the new year, I finally remembered the multi-functional cooking pot I brought with me. I bought it a few years ago but never used it~

It heats up pretty fast, but it's not easy to turn over a large portion of the food, so be careful. As long as the lid can be closed, it is very fast to cook while it is stuffy.

I also plan to use this to cook soup noodles for the next lunch~ It is the ingredients marked with ⬛ on the list👍 Fish balls, wontons, egg buns and oil noodles for quick soup noodles. Although there are no vegetables, it saves time and money.

The money saved can be used to buy fruit , and even the money for supper and drinks! (This time I also took the accompanying juicer from home👍)

These materials must be cheaper if you go to the market to buy them, but you can only go to the store for the convenience of work... You can only comfort yourself that the store has a way to save money 😓
