Building galaxyproject on Ubuntu
System Requirements: (Ubuntu 18.04 recommended)
- UNIX/Linux or Mac OSX
- Python 3.6 or newer
clone the galaxy
git clone -b release_21.09 https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy.git
Go to the folder and execute
sh run.sh
(config/config.yml)<<<<Modify details and complete
samtools bcftools htslib must be installed by itself
