Due to the combination of the Cold Food Festival and the Qingming Festival, some places in Zhejiang still retain the habit of eating cold food on the Qingming Festival. It was also in this season that Ma Lan's head emerged from the ground. To eat the fresh vegetables of Malan first class, the word "green" is taken to match the "green" of "Qingming".

Prepare ingredients: Malan head, dried tofu, tender bamboo shoots, salt, fresh vegetables, sesame oil, oil.

1) Wash the malan head, boil a pot of water, after the water boils, remove the malan head in boiling water and rinse it in clean water for a while, squeeze out the water, and chop it horizontally and vertically.

2) Cut the dried tofu and bamboo shoots into small pieces, pour the oil into the pot, and cook with less amount of vegetables.

3) First put the diced bamboo shoots and diced dried tofu into the stir-fry, then pour in the malan head and stir-fry, and turn on medium-low heat throughout the process.

4) Add appropriate amount of salt and fresh vegetables to taste and stir well.

5) After turning off the heat, pour in the sesame oil and mix well.

Malantougen grows in the field every spring. It is cut off one after another to cook. After a few days, it will grow again. It can be eaten once a week, but it will not be very delicious in autumn. , it withers in winter, and it reappears in the spring of the following year.
