Recently, the ketogenic diet has been very popular for a period of time, which is to consume a small amount of carbohydrates, a moderate amount of protein and high fat, and this time, customers who love sweets and are afraid of obesity are blessed~

This time I want to introduce a dessert shop hidden in an alley near Songyan (about a 7-minute walk from the MRT Shifu station) . They are also one of the best in the ketogenic dessert world. Basically, ketogenic food is limited intake. Starch, so it is not so widely seen in other places, not to mention that it is a dessert, it is really not easy~

In a small alley, this is their storefront. It is sold in a food truck. It is really special. There are all kinds of desserts for sale on it, not like other dessert studios. Gorgeous, they're just so down-to-earth.

This time I chose the strawberry box, a winter-limited dessert. Although there are other sliced ketogenic cakes to choose from, I just want to say something special and order something different 😙

There is a lot of tiramisu filling and a lot of strawberries inside. This dessert is covered with fresh cream. This is my first time trying to eat a ketogenic dessert. The cake has a crunchy texture. Very special, it is completely different from the dense and puffy taste. The outer layer is covered with strawberries, and the inner filling is layered and intertwined with the cake. It is delicious, but the strawberry box is really very good. It's big, it is recommended for 3~4 people to enjoy it. We ate it for two people on the day, it will really be very supportive 😅

Since they can only take out, you can buy their desserts before going to Songyan. The pastries of the raw cheese series use gelatin, which belongs to meat, while the rest of the pastries belong to eggs. It is lacto-vegetarian, but if you really want to eat raw cheese, you can make an appointment to talk to them, and they will still help customize it.
