"Happiness" is difficult to define. It is not about happiness, material abundance, but spiritual satisfaction.

These satisfactions can come from the soul, such as reading an inspiring book or watching a deeply moving movie; or from social interaction, such as having dinner and chatting with family and friends or gaining recognition in the community; they may also be achieved through hard work, such as : Finish a watercolor painting or family compliments on a delicious dinner.

Happiness can be simple, for example: Yuki lying on the feet begging or watching dramas with the family; happiness can also be complicated, for example: graduating from studying hard or working hard to get approval. Happiness may appear in an instant, or it may accumulate for a long time in one burst.

Happiness is difficult to measure, and it cannot be clearly checked like the five-point scale of the questionnaire: very happy, happy, average, unhappy or very unhappy. Even if you say you are "very happy", how far is "very happy" from "happiness"? How far is "happiness" from "ordinary"? no one knows.

In summer, if you want to be happy, start with food!

Eating ice is the happiest thing in summer, although my respiratory tract is not very good, so I can't eat too much ice.

Compared to shaved ice, I prefer ice cream, and I like to see it rolled into a fat triangular spiral, pointed and warped. In addition, the ice cream must be placed on the biscuit cone, and the top and bottom are symmetrical to be perfect.

Before going out and returning home, I would buy a roll of ice cream at my family in the alley, sit and enjoy the air-conditioning, lick the ice cream while swiping my phone, and enjoy a short time alone. A while ago, it was a white grape flavor. These days, the blue hi-hi soda flavor has just been released.

Yesterday, I wanted to buy one to enjoy a happy meal, but unfortunately, the supply was short of demand, and the machine crashed, so I had to use photos of my colleagues to refill the number.

I am not good at housework, and my cooking skills are even worse; however, preparing meals for my family is my happy time.

Because my family members are unwell and don't like eating out, I have to cook three meals a day. In the blink of an eye, after several months, the ingredients and methods are constantly being repeated, and there seems to be no new tricks. However, breakfast is the most important thing. No matter what your cooking skills are, you can still color the plate with colorful vegetables and fruits to make summer mornings more beautiful.

The only festival in summer is the Dragon Boat Festival. This year, in February, the Dragon Boat Festival comes late.

Although the Dragon Boat Festival is still more than two weeks away, the advertisements of various zongzi are already flying all over the sky. A few days ago, I passed by Liren and bought a few vegetarian rice dumplings. I couldn’t wait for the Dragon Boat Festival, so I steamed them first and ate them.

Before the festival, we would help my mother prepare the stuffing and wash the zongzi leaves. The whole family sat on a small bench and formed a circle to make zongzi together. Everyone rushed to eat the steamed zongzi, which was endless aftertaste.

The zongzi made by my mother is the most delicious zongzi in the world. Being able to eat the zongzi prepared by her is the happiest summer eclipse. My mother also passed away in summer, and I couldn't help crying when I thought of my mother while eating rice dumplings.
