Applcation renewal for moonbeam

Hi. Here is my 6 months report of being LikeCoin validator.

I took part in all the governance proposals during this period and participated in the successful v4.2.0 ChungKing++network upgrade.

During this period, I also continued to support the services I provide for LikeCoin network and its community: RPC/API, State Sync services, IBC relayer, Mainnet and Testnet guides.
