”凡爾賽玫瑰園“
食材 (Ingredients) :
- 無糖杏仁奶 (Unsweetened Almond Milk) 250ml
- 刀切燕麥 (Steel cut Oats) 1/4 cup
- 蛋白 (Egg White) 1 Large
- 花生醬粉 (No Sugar Added - PB &Me) pinch
- 椰子碎 (Unsweetened shredded coconut) pinch
- 大麻籽 (Hemp hearts) pinch
- 南瓜籽 (Pumpkin seeds) few
- 乾燥食用玫瑰花 (Edible roses) few
步驟:
- 在鍋中倒入杏仁奶 (Pour almond milk in a pot)
- 加入刀切燕麥煮滾 (Add Steel cut oats and bring to boil)
- 轉小火蓋上鍋蓋煮 8-12分鐘或你喜歡的燕麥軟硬度 *我喜歡有一點點顆粒感的燕麥 (Reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid to cook for 8-12 minutes or the softness of the oats you like )
- 等燕麥熟成後,加入蛋白,並不停攪拌直至蛋白熟透 (When the oats are almost done, add the egg whites and keep stirring until the egg whites are ready to serve)
5. 將煮好的燕麥倒入碗中,加入 ”乾“ 食材,擺盤至你喜歡的樣子 (Pour the cooked oatmeal into a bowl, add the "dry" ingredients and sever)
