Ingredients (for a monitoring)

1 apple and 1 pear

1 jar of natural yogurt

2 tablespoons of 100% apple juice

1 egg

3 tablespoons of mild seed oil

2 tablespoons of agave syrup

lemon zest

pinch of cinnamon

150 g of flour 00

100 g of rice flour

Method

Peel the apple and pear cut them into small pieces and cook with a pinch of cinnamon and two tablespoons of apple juice in a covered saucepan. Switch off when they begin to soften. Mix the egg with the seed oil, add the yogurt and agave syrup. Add the cooked fruit, then the flours in which you have diluted the yeast. Fill a 15 cm cake pan with the dough, sprinkle with the lemon zest and bake in the oven at 175 ° for 20-30 minutes.

Decorate with apple thinly sliced and passed in lemon, and with any icing based on icing sugar and water.
