Sarda Group of Industries’ Ghanshyam Sarda plans training centre for inexperienced jute workers

In a move to boost the economy, Ghanshyam Sarda, head of the Kolkata-based Sarda Group, has finalized plans for a training center. This center will specifically train new workers for the jute industry, a key sector for the Sarda Group of Industries with their eight jute mills across West Bengal. The group, with a turnover of Rs. 2,000 crore and diversified holdings in jute, real estate, and IT, is also undertaking a new Rs. 100 crore jute mill in Alwar, Rajasthan
