ESSAY: An essay is a statement of your personal position - a thesis - on a public issue and its sound and convincing argument and analysis.
For the purposes and structure of the buy term paper research essay, I recommend that you use the classic Western European scheme from secondary education: thesis-antithesis-synthesis.
А. Thesis.
Б. Antithesis: You present the controversial issues on your issue - the different opinions, debates, possible arguments against your thesis
В. Synthesis: Argue why, after knowing the arguments against your thesis, you still believe it to be correct and continue to defend it
Length of essays: 5 to 20 BDS pages - 30 lines with 60 characters per line - in the computer, you get the BDS page count by dividing by wordcount the total number of characters in your text - letters plus spaces - by 1800. Another option is to use Times New Roman font with 12 point size and 1.5 spacing.
ECE REQUIREMENTS:
The essay topics I suggest below are more of a guide. I prefer that you determine for yourself what you want to write about, what exactly interests you. It is a good idea to let me know what topic you have chosen so that I can give you further recommendations on it.
My only requirements for essays are the following:
no serious spelling, grammatical or stylistic errors
no copy-pasting from the Internet and/or if there is, all sources you have used and/or cited - Internet sources, books, articles, movies, shows and magazines
The essay should be between 5 and 20 pages long in BDS
Express your own reasoned position on the topic you have chosen - by reasoned I mean not making proofs, but referring to facts and examples known to you from books and texts and/or from your own life experience
To write about an issue that you personally care about and are interested in (this is an essay, after all). This problem should be related to one of the lecture topics in the course
Use and refer to any of the texts and teaching materials for this course that I have sent you scans of, either as links or as a reading list, but you do not have to limit yourself to these - you can additionally use any other sources.
Recommendation (but not required): every text (and every clear thought) requires that there be some contrasts and counterpoints - for example, of the "pro" and "con" type, "thesis-antithesis-synthesis", or a juxtaposition and comparison of two (or more) different things - different cases, different facts, different works. As you will see in the sample topics I have sent, I prefer comparisons between scientific texts and works of art (movies, novels, TV series, etc.), but also between texts and cases from life.
Of course, you have creative freedom in how you write your evaluation essay , and you can ignore these recommendations - the important thing is to make it good.
