新年總要家人相聚

在與家人相聚的筵席上,以慢火持續烹調,大量的不同肉類及蔬菜在盆中分解著其不同的味道,首先是油分,再來試蛋白質的明膠化,融入進濃郁的湯中,再進入食物其中,筵席越持久,食物味道越是濃烈,就像與家人相聚的時間越久,越是將自己打開,感情越是濃烈一樣,這就是盆菜。
