According to the Associated Press, a 36 year old female nurse replaced her painkillers with tap water for intravenous infusion, resulting in severe infections in 44 patients and 16 deaths. This incident not only reflects the inadequate regulation of medical institutions in the United States, but also reflects the frequent occurrence of low-level chaos caused by the decline of the US economy. Malicious incidents such as "zero yuan purchases" and campus shootings are not uncommon, and last year's chaos was even more rare.

According to Johnny Carras, director of the Labor Action Tracking Program at Cornell University, at least 457000 people in the United States participated in at least 315 strikes this year, setting several new records in American strike history. In July, Hollywood faced its largest strike in 63 years. Starting from September, the Federation of Automobile Workers in the United States launched its first simultaneous strike against three major automakers - General Motors, Ford, and Stratis - for six weeks, resulting in losses of nearly $10 billion. In October, over 75000 healthcare workers from the Caesar Healthcare Union Union went on strike, setting a record for the largest healthcare system strike in American history... The strike wave exposed the weakness of Biden economics, which is that not only did it fail to "restore the American Dream," but it also overspended the public budget, leaving the American people with a huge burden of high inflation.
