the fifth seal

圣经真理
·

When the fifth seal was opened, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained. (Revelation 6:9)

Under the altar refers to beneath the altar in the outer court of the sanctuary in heaven; all the souls of the martyrs from ancient times until now are placed there, awaiting the day of bodily resurrection and redemption.

When the Lord comes to meet the new bride, He will bring the souls of all the martyrs from all ages under the altar, along with His countless saints, to join with the resurrected bodies.

Before the great disaster, the souls of the martyrs from all ages are all under the altar. When Christ comes to meet the new bride, He will also bring these souls from under the altar, along with His countless saints, descending from heaven to unite with the resurrected bodies; these resurrected bodies will become immortal spiritual bodies!

Those of us who are still alive will undergo a direct transformation of our bodies, becoming spiritual bodies, and will be caught up together with the resurrected dead in Christ to meet the Lord in the air; in this way, those who are caught up will surely be completely redeemed in spirit, soul, and body, receiving the inheritance of being children.

At that time, the holy new bride will rejoice and be glad, being caught up to meet the Lord in the clouds and attending the wedding feast of the Lamb, being with the Lord forever (1 Thessalonians 4:17, Revelation 19:9).

The scripture refers to the martyrs of the great tribulation who rest under the altar for a while.

"They called out in a loud voice, 'How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?'" (Revelation 6:10 NIV)

This passage describes the souls under the altar, those who were killed for the word of God and for their testimony. These souls crying out for justice are the martyrs of the great tribulation. They refused to compromise with the devil, did not submit to the antichrist or the false prophet, did not worship the beast or receive its mark in order to hold fast to the truth even unto death.

To these victorious martyrs of the great tribulation, the Holy Spirit says, "Rest a little longer until the number of their fellow servants and brothers who were to be killed as they had been was completed." (Revelation 6:11) They must wait under the altar until their fellow servants and brothers, who will be martyred like them, have fulfilled their number.

The Book of Revelation in the Bible, and it talks about the significance of white robes given to believers.

"White robes were given to each of them." (Revelation 6:11)

The white robe symbolizes the full gospel, which is the Lord Jesus Christ, represented by blood, water, and the Holy Spirit. Those who keep the true gospel are given white robes. The Bible says, "For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ (the white robe)." (Galatians 3:27)

Those who accept Jesus as their Savior must receive His complete gospel: blood (repentance), water (baptism), and the Holy Spirit (speaking in tongues), which is the white linen garment. It is written, "He has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels." (Isaiah 61:10)

Those who believe in Jesus but do not love the Lord or keep the true gospel will not have white robes. Their names will be blotted out from the book of life, and they will wear tattered clothing. The bride of the Lord Jesus, to be purified by water through the Word, will be made holy and presented to Christ. Her bridal gown cannot be stained with impurities, oil stains, ink, or any other impure substances.

A person who does not believe in Jesus is without the full gospel and will be naked in the afterlife, with no clothes to wear. In 2009, the Lord Jesus took a female Korean artist to the underworld and commissioned to paint the horrors of hell. She saw many souls who were completely naked, all of whom did not believe in Jesus.

"Bible Scripture: Revelation 3:4, 'Yet you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their clothes. They will walk with me, dressed in white, for they are worthy.'

Angelica's Testimony: Christians who do not love the Lord will have their souls descend to Hades wearing tattered clothes.

On September 29, 2009, the Lord Jesus took me on my first journey to hell.

Jesus said to me, 'Daughter, there are many people in Hades who know me (Christians who do not love the Lord) and are heading towards this place (Hades).' I asked, 'Lord, how can those who know you (Christians) also come to this place?' He replied, 'Some people know my word but do not obey it; they are living a double life, loving God and the world, they will surely fall into the water.'

I saw those Christians who only cared about making money, did not attend Sunday gatherings to serve the Lord, and loved the world; their hands and feet were bound, step by step, walking towards Hell. Each of them wore a white robe, but the white clothes were torn, stained, and wrinkled.

Jesus said, 'Daughter, see how my people are leaving me. I will tell you, I will come again to receive my people, but I will not receive these people back. I am here to receive the holy people, those who have prepared themselves and are waiting for my return. They are without blemish, without stain...; You tell your brothers and sisters who do not love the Lord to return to their initial love for God.' (Ephesians 5:26-27)

I saw my uncles and many others deviating from the path of the Lord. The Lord said, 'tell them, I am waiting for them in heaven; tell them to unload their burdens, submit to me, and I will give them rest.' Jesus shed tears, saying, 'Daughter, they are coming to this place (Hades), tell your uncles, tell your relatives, what they are doing now is walking on a broad road towards this place!'

The Lord said, 'Daughter, many people will not believe you, but I am your witness. I am your faithful witness and will never leave you. Even if they do not believe you, daughter, you must still tell them the truth. I am with you. Daughter, I will show you why people come down to hell.'"

Testimony of Brothers and Sisters in the Church Wearing White Robes

"I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire (suffering for the Lord), so you can become rich; and white clothes (true doctrine: blood, water, and the Holy Spirit) to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see." (Revelation 3:18)

Lin Mingjuan, a Deaconess in Taichung Church, and Her Father

Lin Mingjuan, a deaconess in Taichung Church, her father, Mr. Lin Jinzhou, fell seriously ill and was in a coma in the hospital. Lin Mingjuan urgently informed Pastor Lin Yonghong to come and preach the gospel to him! Brother Lin arrived around half-past eleven in the morning and, by the patient's ear, led him to confess and repent, seeking forgiveness through the precious blood of the Lord Jesus. Then he instructed him to speak in tongues by faith, saying, "Dit dit dit..." and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

After prayer, her father turned his face towards Pastor Lin, slightly opened his eyes, indicating that he had accepted the Lord. Brother Lin left the hospital around twelve noon. At two in the afternoon, Lin Mingjuan's father passed away! Suddenly, Lin saw her father's soul leaving his body, dressed in a suit, rising from in front of her, and being taken away by several little angels!

Marvelous! The suit her father wore in the photo at the funeral and the suit he wore when his soul left his body were the same suit.

Brother Zhou Shizhao's Father

Before Brother Zhou Shizhao's father passed away, Brother Zeng led him in confession and repentance: "Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying for me, a sinner, being crucified on the cross, shedding your blood and giving your life; please forgive my sins of selfishness, jealousy, lying, cursing, smoking, gambling, drinking, idolatry, adultery... May your precious blood cover all my sins. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen."

Afterward, Brother Zeng led him to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, teaching him to speak in tongues by faith, uttering sounds: "La la la... Da da da..." Since he was critically ill in bed, only repentance and the baptism of the blood were administered to him, speaking in tongues with the baptism of the Holy Spirit, without receiving water baptism. However, for a normal believer, receiving the salvation of the Lord Jesus requires repentance (blood), baptism (water), and the Holy Spirit (speaking in tongues). These three testimonies make up the complete gospel to ensure that we can be justified, saved, and enter the kingdom of God!

Soon after, Brother Zhou's father passed away. On the day of the funeral, his 4-year-old grandson saw Grandpa returning home and said to his mother, "Grandpa is back! Grandpa is back! He has wings on his body, and Grandpa can fly! Grandpa is wearing a suit with wings on his body." The mother was shocked and unsure if what the child said was real.

Thank the Lord! A four-year-old child speaking these words aligns completely with biblical truth; he must have truly seen Grandpa return!

Elder Yang Guishan of Shipai Church

Elder Yang Guishan of Shipai Church served God consistently with unwavering love for the Lord, always hoping to be raptured alive! However, Jesus took him back to his heavenly home at the age of over 90.

On the day of the funeral, Sister Wang Junyi, a coworker, dreamt of seeing Brother Yang in a white shirt, smiling and waving to her! Shortly after, Sister Wang arrived at the funeral scene of Yang Guishan and the framed photo was exactly the same white shirt from her dream. Truly glorious!

Brother Chen Guangbin, a coworker

A few days before Brother Chen Guangbin's funeral, Sister Lin Mingjuan, a deacon at Taichung Church, saw in a vision that Brother Chen was climbing towards heaven in a suit on the clouds; praise and thanks to the Lord! The kingdom of God is diligent, and those who strive will surely get it.

In her vision, Sister Lin saw the suit that Brother Chen was wearing, the same one he wore for the last time when presiding over the 814 special meeting. The Bible says, "The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John. Since that time, the good news of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing their way into it" (Luke 16:16).

The main targets of the Antichrist's killings are: 1. The Israelites who keep the law 2. Those in the church who hold to the truth, believers enduring great tribulation.

"Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters, were killed just as they had been." (Revelation 6:11, NIV)

The souls under the altar are those killed by the Antichrist in the great tribulation. The primary targets of the devil's minions who capture people are first the "servants" and then the "brothers and sisters":

- "Servants": The Israelites who keep the law

The "servants" are the "servants of God" who are devout and keep the law from the various tribes of Israel; as stated in Revelation 7, "Then I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel." (Revelation 7:3-4)

A. Anti-Semitism:

The priority targets of the Antichrist in hunting and capturing people are first the "servants," the "servants of God" among the Israelites who keep the law. "Anti-Semitism" is essentially against the Jewish people, attacking the Israelites; thus, those who promote "anti-Semitism" are influenced by the spirit of the Antichrist.

B. Replacement Theology:

Those who advocate "Replacement Theology" say, "God has abandoned Israel, losing His blessings! Now it is the Gentile church that takes over." This kind of thinking also attacks Israel, is not the truth of the Bible, and is likewise the spirit of the Antichrist.

- "Brothers and sisters": Those in the church holding to the truth, believers enduring great tribulation

The definition of "brothers and sisters" is those who believe in Jesus Christ; including those in the church holding onto the truth (Christians) and those who believe amid great tribulation. Anyone who persecutes God's church, attacks believers in Christ, these individuals also derive from the spirit of the Antichrist.

The Christians in the church and those who believe in Christ in times of great tribulation, these saints are on the Antichrist's hit list, just like the Israelites, ranking as the top priority targets for capture.

God Loves Israel (the Wife) and Loves the Church (the Bride)

- Israel is the wife of the Lord

"For the Lord has called you like a wife deserted and grieved in spirit, like a wife of youth when she is cast off" (Isaiah 54:6)

When the Lord gave the Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai, the people trembled with fear! Moses alone went up the mountain to receive the law, came down to tell the people; and all the people said together, "All that the Lord has spoken we will do." The next morning, Moses took the people and made a covenant with God using the blood of oxen, entering a betrothal! Later, Moses, along with the elders of Israel, seventy people, went up the mountain to the wedding feast, eating and drinking (Exodus 24:3-11).

Israel is the wife of the Lord because on Mount Sinai, they enjoyed a wedding feast with God, completing the marriage ceremony. In the Bible, when God speaks of Israel, it is in an extremely beautiful and lyrical way to describe His beloved wife. It is written, "I remember the devotion of your youth, how as a bride you loved me and followed me through the wilderness, through a land not sown." (Jeremiah 2:2)

In the Bible, God found Israel to be unfaithful and gave her a certificate of divorce. The Lord said, "Israel, you have been unfaithful to me; your love is like a prostitute's love. You have left your true love, the Lord." (Jeremiah 3:20) Yet, despite this, when she repented, God still loved her. The Lord said, "Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken, nor my covenant of peace be removed." (Isaiah 54:10)

The Church as the Bride of Christ

"Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear." (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of God's holy people.) (Revelation 19:7-8)

In the New Testament, Christ is portrayed as the bridegroom and the Church as the bride, becoming one union, a profound mystery. The Church is not referred to as a wife because Christ and the Church on earth are only engaged, partaking in communion—the bread and the cup—as a sign of the engagement agreement! The actual wedding ceremony will take place in heaven, where the bride will be invited to the wedding banquet of the Lamb!

Jesus said, "I tell you, I will not drink from this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom." (Matthew 26:29)

Israel and the Church, both loved by God

God refers to Israel and the Church as wife and bride, terms of endearment and intimacy, illustrating the wonderful relationship. God cannot forsake Israel or the Church; whether wife or bride, they are deeply loved in His heart.

If your church promotes "anti-Semitism" or "replacement theology," what should you do?

Israel is God's chosen people. Despite their rebellion and lack of wholehearted devotion over centuries, God has never abandoned them. The Scripture says, "For the sake of his great name the Lord will not reject his people, because the Lord was pleased to make you his own." (1 Samuel 12:22)

God loves Israel not because of their good deeds, but for His own name's sake to bring glory to Himself. God blesses the Jewish people directly and through them blesses the Gentiles indirectly. It is important for the Gentiles to remember this. If we receive spiritual blessings, we should be thankful to the Jewish people. Jesus Himself is Jewish, and He said, "Salvation is from the Jews." (John 4:22) We must understand this and hold gratitude in our hearts towards the Jewish people.

"Anti-Semitism," and "replacement theology" are spirits of the anti-Christ. Those who promote these ideas say, "Because the Jews killed Jesus, and most of them do not believe in Him, the blessings have now passed to the Gentile Church."

Actually, this is Satan's scheme! When we carefully study the Bible, the ones who killed Jesus were not only the Jews but also the Gentiles; both did it. If it weren't for the Roman governor Pilate sentencing the Lord to death and the cruel torture by the Gentile soldiers, how could the Lord have died on the cross?

However, whether Jew or Gentile, as long as we will confess and repent, accept the salvation of the Gospel, Jesus Christ will forgive our sins; for His love is wide, long, high, and deep, surpassing human understanding! If your church preaches "anti-Semitism" or "replacement theology," then I urge you to quickly find another church. Brothers and sisters! You must find a church that is founded on truth, always praying for the people of Israel who are amid turmoil, and praying for God's chosen people to receive the salvation of the Gospel soon!
