Issue Limit is Updated for New FotonCard Users

1. The default issue limit for all card BINs is now updated to 0 for users that registered after July 5th, 2023. Therefore new FotonCard users are required to pay the guarantee deposit before issuing cards.

2. The issue limit is updated to 5 for the following card BINs in case of guarantee deposit is paid for NEW USERS: 428837 / 540524 / 222929 / 222934 / 472593 / 557271 / 485932 / 404038 / 556150.

3. Users registered before July 5th, 2023 are not affected and will keep the current issue limit.

4. Please kindly note that up to unlimited issuing can be provided for compliant users, feel free to contact FotonCard's customer service to apply for an additional limit.
