为什么香港和台湾都不取缔中医？

看到最近新闻，大陆有机构说用中医可以抑制肺炎。感觉中医这种传统医学就是一个赚别人钱，是一种有意无意的骗人。我在想在台湾香港甚至日本这种西化那么厉害的地方，为什么中医还存在？ 你们那边有人还信中医是一种可以治病的医学吗？为何不废除？
