PM's application renewal in June 2024
In this article I want to summarize of the activities of PM validator during the last session, and plannings in the future.
Validator Introduction
My node's name is PM. The primary purpose of setting up this node is to ensure the stability of the LikeCoin chain and share the associated risks. Additionally, when possible, I'll also boost the Matters platform in my ways to help enhance its vibrancy.

Fulfilling the Duty of Validators, and voting on proposals; there were few scam proposals (XXX Airdrop), and we Veto them.
Joined LikeCoin v4.2.0 ChungKing Upgrade
According to #81, upgrading was on April 23rd at UTC 11:00. During the upgrade period, my node encountered some technical issues. It took a bit of time to recovery.
Organizing Community Activities
I organize events to promote the use of LikeCoin, and to make the community lively by aligning with trending events and festivals.
Commission Rate
My commission fee will keep the same at 50% to help offset operating costs and prepare some testing.
Future Plannings
Organizing Events, Online and Offline, to Boost the Likecoin Ecosystem
Many people still shy away when they hear about cryptocurrencies. Introducing LikeCoin at friends' gatherings or hobby groups has, in my experience, limited success. We can only keep promoting it.
Completing Guidebooks to Assist Users (postpone)
It seems LikeCoin is considering migrating to Ethereum, so I decided to pause the preparation of the deposit and withdrawal learning resources and wait until everything is confirmed before proceeding.
Hosting Community Activities
Continue organizing events based on trending topics or festivals to boost community engagement and drive traffic.

In short, I'll keep my node online and host community events to attract more people to the LikeCoin ecosystem. LikeCoin might undergo some major changes, and I'll be preparing for that.
